You can check your results yourself by following the links below to your appropriate lab patient portal and click on REVIEW MY RESULTS NOW button. WE DO NOT GIVE YOU AN ACCESS CODE AT THE TIME OF TESTING. Due to HIPAA regulations, there needs to be a two-factor authentication before you can get your results. So you need to get an ACCESS CODE sent to you to authenticate yourself before viewing results. On the lab portal, click on the link “click here if you do not have an access code” and you will be prompted to put in your credentials to get an ACCESS CODE sent to you. If your credentials don’t match what information was given at registration an error will occur and you will have to contact us to resolve the issue.

Should you encounter a problem securing your test results through our online portal using the QR code or link, it may be due to entering the wrong information or entering information that is inconsistent with the form you completed online or in-person. If this is the case, please send an email to results@praxis-screening.com to notify our team. Once the email is received, our team will address this immediately.
