Covid-19 Testing Program Pre-Registration Page 

The testing for Staff and Students, once a week, as a requirement of employment; however, testing is open to ALL staff members.

Testing will occur from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. every Tuesday, except holidays.

Testing will take place at a place at Islamic School of South Jersey, 3056 English Creek Avenue, Egg Harbor Twp, NJ 08234.

If you are pre-registered, you will save a lot of time during the testing process. Your quick response to this form is appreciated.
