Covid-19 Testing Program Pre-Registration Page 

The testing for unvaccinated staff is a requirement of employment; however, testing is open to ALL staff members.

Testing will occur starting November 1, 2021 on Mondays at Metuchen Branch YMCA 65 High Street, Metuchen, NJ from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, Mondays at Grace Child Care, 600 New Brunswick Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
